As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and streamlining access procedures within Mooikloof Ridge Estate, we wish to inform you of the current protocols regarding authorized agents involved property transactions, such as leasing or selling your property.

Registered Levy Paying Agents

Owners who appoint and register a levy-paying estate agent are granted direct access into the estate through our designated secure system. These registered agents are fully compliant with the estate’s access control policies and will handle all administrative and registration processes related to their transactions. As a result, they will cover all associated administration and registration fees under their levy agreement.

Non-Registered Agents or Private Buyers/Sellers

If you choose to engage a non-registered agent or conduct a private sale or lease without a registered agent, the following procedures will apply:

• The owner must provide a written authorization and a unique access code to the prospective buyer
  or tenant for entry into the estate.
• An admin and registration fee will be applicable for each entry, payable to the estate. These fees
  cover security processing and access registration.

Registered agents ensure a smooth, secure, and cost-effective transaction process. Registered agents contribute to maintaining the safety and integrity of our community while simplifying access procedures.
