Visitors using the turnstile gate at the pedestrian entrance

As of December 2, 2024, Mooikloof Ridge Estate will be implementing an additional security measure to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents and visitors entering the Estate using the turnstile gate at the pedestrian entrance.

As of the above-mentioned date, all visitors and residents entering the Estate using an access code at the turnstile will be required to present a valid identification document, such as an ID, Passport or driver’s license, upon entry. Access to the Estate may be denied if the required identification is not provided.

In our continuous efforts to improve the security and overall living experience within our Estate, we are pleased to announce our future plans to implement this procedure at our vehicle lanes that aims to streamline the flow of vehicles and enhance safety for all residents.

The proposed solution aims to limit access for visitor code users to a single-entry lane while reserving the remaining lanes exclusively for registered residents. Information regarding this new vehicle access control process will be communicated at a later stage prior to implementation.

These additional steps are designed to enhance our security protocols and ensure that only authorized individuals are granted access to the Estate. We kindly request your cooperation and understanding in this matter. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Estate office team. We are always here to assist you.
