While we acknowledge the value of social interaction facilitated by these groups, we must clarify that they are not endorsed or managed by the HOA Directors or Management. We wish to emphasize that when these unofficial groups organize social events or initiate discussions on HOA management matters without proper instruction or vetting from the Directors or Management, it can lead to confusion and potential discord among Residents and Owners.

Therefore, we kindly urge all Owners and Residents to exercise caution and discernment when participating in these unofficial WhatsApp Groups. We would like to remind everyone that the Mooikloof Ridge HOA has established formal channels of communication for official announcements and inquiries. These include email communication through Pretor Group (our Managing Agent) and the Estate Office, as well as SMS notifications to Owners and Residents. Additionally, we are in the process of launching a new Communication Platform in the form of a dedicated APP, which will provide another efficient means of communication within our community. We believe that clear and centralized communication channels are essential for maintaining transparency, unity, and harmony within our community.
